Flat PU · food grade

W 300–2,400 mm · PU / PVC

Smooth-top polyurethane for washdown environments. Slit to width, spliced endless, FDA and EU food-contact grades.

Modular plastic chain

P 25 / 50 mm pitch · POM

Interlocked acetal segments on sprocket drive. Replace one link, not the belt; runs curves and inclines.

≤ 45° · TC profile

Vulcanised cleats and corrugated sidewalls hold product on climbs to 45 degrees without rollback.

From compound to commissioning

One order number follows the belt from the first site visit to the signed-off line.

Survey

Line measurement, load cases, product samples, washdown and temperature conditions.

Engineer

Belt selection, drive sizing and CAD drawings issued for sign-off before anything is cut.

Fabricate

Slit, splice and vulcanise in-house; every belt runs on the test rig before dispatch.
04
Install

Tensioning, tracking and commissioning on site, then a planned-service calendar.
